広い盛り込み面の直径21cmサイズと適度な深さ。色を抑えたダークグリーンの釉薬が器全体を覆っていて、和洋問わずカジュアルに使えるマルチ深皿です。
This dish has a damask design with flowers painted around the rim. It is 21 cm in diameter with a wide serving surface and moderate depth. Covered in dark green glaze of a subdued hue, it is a multi-purpose dish used casually in both Japanese and Western settings.
③かつては鍋島藩の徹底管理のもと、三方を山に囲まれた秘窯の里「大川内山」で伝承されるやきもの「伊万里鍋島焼」のうつわです。
鉄粉を含んだ素地と濁りある釉薬が、古の伊万里の風合いを表現し、取り皿や前菜など、多用途な使い勝手のできる便利なサイズ形状です。
This is a dish of the "Imari Nabeshima” ware, a type of pottery inherited from Okawauchiyama, a secluded kiln village surrounded by mountains on three sides, historically under the strict control of the Nabeshima clan.
The base containing iron powder and muddy glaze express the texture of ancient Imari, and the convenient size makes it versatile enough to be used for side dishes or for appetizers.
